As you already know, we only have positive things to say about The Pains of Being Pure at Heart. Great songs but even better people! It's about time that we have some awesome bands thriving in the New York music scene and especially ones that specialize in the shoegazey, twee-pop we all need.

Brooklyn's own The Depreciation Guild

We really like the Dreamboat Guild, I mean the Depreciation Guild. (oops...Freudian slip)
We do like looking at them but more importantly we like listening to them. We dig their brand of shoegaze-y, electro-rock with a Nintendo twist. It's the recipe for awesome pop music.
