The new Justice video is hypnotically amazing

This is the new Justice video for "DVNO", which we have watched about 78 times (approximately) since it came to our attention last Saturday, March 1.



OMG AMAZING. We didn't grow up watching a lot of TV as children (our parents did not "Want Their MTV", as it were) but we did grow up watching a lot of '80s, so this video retains enough of its amazingness to find itself APPROVED (been a while since we APPROVED something. We really need to reconnect with the summer of 2007, arewerite?).

Dirty Disco Youth has remixed "The Party" by Justice feat. Uffie for their July 2007 mix. It's really good and here it is.

Video Of The Year For The Song Of The Year

We believe it to be irrefutable fact that 2007's Best Song™ is "D.A.N.C.E." by Justice. It's slightly less amazing than Daft Punk's "Around the World", which we're sure you'll agree is the greatest dance song ever committed to vinyl. If "Around the World" had incorporated a children's choir, WHO KNOWS THE COURSE MANKIND WOULD HAVE TAKEN.

Anyway, Justice has released a undeniably ace video for "D.A.N.C.E.". We once had thermal color-changing T-shirts that our moms bought for us at Foot Locker when we were in the 3rd grade, but after a while they stopped changing colors, and we were sad. :(

Never Be Alone...

This is where we were last night...



We skipped the line around the Maritime Hotel, the people with the fake ids, and entered into the sweaty crowd for the love of Australian duo, The Presets but most of all, we braved this crowd for the Ed Banger night with DJ Medhi, Busy P, Sebastian and Justice! Last night made us want to pack our bags and seriously move to Europe. Well we always want to move to Europe...but it was a night not to be missed and it truly won't be because every where we turned we bumped into fellow music bloggers, photo bloggers, djs and friends who will probably have a better account of last night than us. We were too busy emptying out our pockets trying to get drunk off the beer and whiskey shot special and elbowing for room to shimmy. The night would have been better had there actually been room to move.

We love JUSTICE, we love that we got the chance to witness the genius duo at Studio B in Greenpoint for the FIXED party, and we still love that crazy Kanye lost the MTV Europe Award to them (refer to 11/03/06 post). We've been tapping our feet at our desks during work hours itching to get our dance on. I might have gotten caught grooving in my cube. Here's a taste of what's to come from Paris.
